DHL Express, 3–7 business days after dispatch. The tracking number arrives by email and messenger. Duties and taxes follow the rules of the destination country.

Lead times

Ready pieces ship in 1–2 days. Made-to-order pieces take 7 to 14 days; each model page shows its lead time. Capsule pre-orders ship from the date on the page.

Returns & exchanges

Ready pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned, but the maker will adjust the fit for free.
